"Ever since someone new has stepped in to take over this office, we were charged $77 extra on our July bill with absolutely no reason because we have not made any new changes at all! And one of our vehicles that we had been paying liability only on has almost tripled in cost for two months in a row now. It makes no sense. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BRANCH! We will be demanding answers and moving our business elsewhere. Seems like someone is money hungry and assumes citizens of this community to be fools. Photos show the ridiculous reason they tried to use to justify charging us $77 extra, and what we had been paying on one of our trucks vs what they've started charging us starting in July."
